How can i become an actress and a singer?

Hi im 13 years old, and my dream is to become a singer and an actress.
Im going to boarding school in Sydney, Australia next year. No one
know my dream not even my parents because they probably wont believe i
can do it and would disaprove. I dont know what to do, how to start i
just know i really want this...Please help me..!
