Hi,
I inherited a painting that seems to be of Billie Dove the silent
movie actress , but it is unsigned- or I do not see the signature.
Looks like it was painted from a Ross Verlag post card in that it is
in sepia style browntone. Does anyone know if Billie Dove was ever
painted or if she sat for a painter? There are many photos of her on
the net, but I have not seen a painting. Are there well known
collectors of her items.
